The return of Barry Bonds
The San Francisco Giant slugger returns to the lineup tonight after missing most of the season due to several knee surgeries. Entering tonight's game Barry has 703 career homeruns, only 12 away from eclipsing Babe Ruth's mark of 714 and 53 from breaking Hank Aaron's record.
Barry is apparently playing now for the record books. He has to be in denial, I mean it. Any record Bonds establishes will be considered as bogus as his denials of steroid use. No one thinks Bonds got here on ability only. It was d rugs that propelled him to all these records. Retire Barry, you are a national joke.
