The Knucklehead of the Day award

Today's winner is a Incheon South Korea policeman named Lim. He gets today's award for re-enacting a crime.

Incheon police have arrested a local police officer for attempted rape when he demanded a woman re-enact an earlier sexual assault she suffered.

Police said the officer identified as Lim (36) called the woman (43) on April 21 and told her to show him how she was assaulted to prove she really was a victim. Lim visited her house and insisted on playing the offender himself, telling the woman her cooperation was needed for the investigation. Lim then took off her underwear and tried to rape her, police said. The woman told a women’s help center in Incheon she at first went along thinking it was necessary to resolve the case, but stopped when he tried to rape her. The help center then reported the case to police.

Lim was quoted as admitting that he asked the woman to re-enact the sexual assault but insisted she was wearing her underwear. He denies attempting to rape her. Police dismissed Lim on Thursday and decided to apply for an arrest warrant.

Sick and unbelievable is I can say. For that Lim is today's knucklehead of the day.
