Ugh!
You've heard me gripe before about how screwed up the LPGA is. This weekend is one more example.
The women are playing their fourth and last major this weekend, The British Open. How much of it will be television? A total of three hours! None of it live! This is just unbelievable for a major sporting event but just another sign of the LPGA's problems. If a sport's biggest events get this kind of treatment, there are big problems. I just wonder how much longer the LPGA can last like this. The new commissioner doesn't seem to think the organization has problems.
With two rounds to go, Jeong Jang has a four-shot lead. Jeong has never won on the LPGA tour but is a very steady player with four lifetime second place finishes. Go JJ!
