The Knuckleheads of the Day award

I found someone. It isn't the strongest award, but something is better than nothing.

Today's winners are Attorneys Greg Hathaway and Michael Connors of Portland Oregon. They were representing Walmart in an appeal of a land use decision. Unfortunately the Attorneys didn't file the appeal in a timely fashion and Walmart's case was dismissed.
