Over one million

From Yonhap News-

SEOUL, Sept. 26 (Yonhap) -- More than one million North Korean people are believed to be imprisoned in the communist state's concentration camps, a Christian activist group said Wednesday.

Open Doors, a Netherlands-based human rights organization, said in an interview with Washington-based Radio Free Asia (RFA) that at least one million North Koreans are held in 30 labor camps and 8 prison camps, far exceeding the number previously estimated.
With North Korea's population estimated at 23 million, that means at least four percent of that country's people are imprisoned in concentration camps.

Someone should pass a copy of this news to South Korean Unification Minister Lee Jae-joung. Will Lee still deny there being no evidence of human rights abuses in the DPRK?
