Fake Impotence Doctor Faces Hard TimeI wonder how much Mr. Goulet collected from Medicare. Does that government bureaucracy ever check if someone is really a doctor before reimbursing them?
Suffer from erectile dysfunction?
Marc J. Goulet suggests “Passion Cream for Women,” and testosterone injections.
Except Goulet, who has been treating patients at six clinics in five counties for sexual dysfunction, is not a doctor, authorities said.
On Monday, undercover detectives from the Broward Sheriff’s Office arrested Goulet, 60, at his Pompano Beach office and charged him with practicing medicine without a license, a third-degree felony.
Goulet, of Fort Lauderdale, reportedly examined male patients, injected them with testosterone and prescribed topical creams to help with their dysfunction.
An undercover detective, posing as a man experiencing sexual performance problems, was prescribed a physical exam, as well as topical testosterone cream called “Passion Cream for Women,” authorities said. Goulet reportedly crossed out the word “women” on the detective’s treatment form.
Authorities said Goulet worked out of several unlicensed clinics in Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Lee and Sarasota counties.

The investigation started after the Florida Department of Health got a tip that Goulet was operating without a license.
Authorites said Goulet, who billed Medicare for his services, does not have a medical license in Florida nor any other state.
