Commentary, sarcasm and snide remarks from a Florida resident of over thirty years. Being a glutton for punishment is a requirement for residency here. Who am I? Behind the curve

The Energy Information Administration came to this earth rattling conclusion in their latest oil market review.

"Some stations have already posted prices for regular gasoline that exceed $3 per gallon and it is certainly possible that average retail prices across the country could reach that level sometime this year,"

This year? How about this week! I was out today and most gas stations are within pennies of $3 a gallon. We'll certainly be there by May.

How much taxpayer money is wasted on this agency? Maybe that should be the EIA's next report. No that would be a waste of money too.
