Democratic paranoia

It's headlines like the following at The Huffington Post that makes the Democrats look like idiots.

Judge O'connor resigned almost three weeks ago, there are only 2.5 months till the next USSC term starts, and the Senate has to approve a nominee. What is a President supposed to do? Handicap a branch of our government while a story plays itself out? The Liberals just don't understand how stupid they sound when they make pronouncements like this. Because independent thinking people see it as just another knee jerk attack.

This isn't a one-time example either. A person I know expressed similiar feelings in the last 24 hours.

Keep it up Democrats if you want to continue to be the minority party.

By the way I think Roberts is a fine addition to the court. I would have gone with Janice Rogers Brown or Edith Jones myself but they would have been tougher confirmation battles. Maybe Bush is saving them for Chief Justice when Rehnquist retires. Lets see the Democrats fillibuster a Black woman for Chief Justice of the highest court in the land!
