From the Silly News Desk

Some news from Japan. The moral of the story- If you break into someone's house to take a bath, don't splash too loudly.

Police on Monday arrested a man for sneaking into a home in Nagasaki on Sunday night to take a bath. According to police, Toshihiro Nagoya, 49, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. after he was found in the bathtub by the occupants of the house.

Nagoya told police he sneaked into the house through a back door. The house's owner, 47, and his wife were in another room and didn't notice anything until they heard water splashing. Nagoya told police he had been drinking and wanted to take a bath because it was so cold outside.
