Florida the rules are different here Chapter CXXXVIII
Drunk Drivers who go around driving under the influence at the same time wearing a t-shirt that says- ''I'm not an alcoholic, I'm a drunk. Alcoholics go to meetings.'' Anything to make law enforcement's job easier. Isn't this a great state or what?

TAMPA -- (AP) -- Amanda Lynn Bailey's T-shirt said it all.
When the 41-year-old got picked up on DUI charges she was wearing a shirt that read: ''I'm not an alcoholic, I'm a drunk. Alcoholics go to meetings.'' The T-shirt was captured in her mug shot.
Bailey was arrested Tuesday and charged with driving under the influence and driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license. She posted $750 bond and was released.
She also was arrested in April on DUI charges. Police did not capture any T-shirt messages in that mug shot.
A telephone listing for Bailey could not be located. It was unknown if she had an attorney.
