The July 4th Knucklehead Marathon Part Five

MANCHESTER – A bank teller offered to count the money she handed over to a robber, after he argued she hadn't given him the correct amount, police said.

Accused bank robber Neal Wright, 48, of 8 Sunnyside Lane, Derry, entered TD Banknorth, 1255 S. Willow St., about 1:30 Saturday afternoon, told the teller he had a gun and demanded $1,000 in hundred-dollar bills and $1,000 in fifties, according to court records.

The teller did not see a gun, but told authorities she believed the robber had one. She also told investigators the man argued that the amount of money she gave him wasn't correct, so she offered to count it for him. But she said he took the money and ran out of the bank.

Mr. Wright was eventually captured. LOL, he thought he was being short changed at a bank robbery. Neal Wright is a Classic bank robbing Knucklehead of the Day.
