In the dark
Some Senator Christopher Dodd news-
An insider tells Political Wire that as a result of badly missing internal fundraising goals and external expectations, Sen. Christopher Dodd (D-CT) and his inner circle of advisers are angry and disappointed -- mainly at the ramifications of missing the important goal of emerging as the leader of the second tier of Democratic presidential candidates. The campaign's short term strategy was heavily predicated on beating New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson in fundraising during the first quarter.TFM follows the 2008 goings on but doesn't blog about it much since it doesn't really interest me enough to write. Remember, I'm a registered Democrat. If I don't know Dodd is even in the race, the American public or most Democrats probably doesn't know either.
Hat tip- James Joyner at OTB who says 'I’d start by firing the bonehead who though it would be a good idea for him to run for president.'
