Florida the rules are different here Chapter LXXXIX
A woman just walks into a Tampa area Emergency room and starts taking care of patients. Sounds like an old episode of ER to me. Isn't this a great state or what?

TAMPA - A woman pretending to be a new hospital employee spent Monday night helping St. Joseph Hospital’s emergency room personnel with basic tasks, according to a hospital release.
The woman, whose name was not released by the hospital, tried to perform several tasks – including taking blood pressure and prepare a patient for testing – but was relieved from those duties when she could not do them, according to the release.
No care was compromised, hospital officials say.
“In our initial investigation, we have learned the imposter knew enough about our processes to effectively convince other employees of her validity,” said a release.
She did not have a hospital badge, but “explained that she had lost it and was replacing it the next morning.”
