BOYNTON BEACH — Garcia Walter Balmore "accidentally" mistook the ladies' bathroom for the men's bathroom at the Boynton Beach Mall on Thursday afternoon, he told police.

Balmore was arrested at about 6 p.m. after a woman using the bathroom near the food court noticed him staring at her from underneath the stall.

Balmore, 24, of Boynton Beach initially denied being in the bathroom, police said.

He later said it was accidental, and that he peered under the stall to see whether anyone was in it.

Which is a very unlikely explanation. Any competent non-pervert adult male would immediately note the lack of urinals on entering a ladies room by mistake and then make a hasty and if necessary apologetic exit. Only a man not fitting the above description would peer under a stall.

Now someone may get a chance to teach proper bathroom etiquette to Mr. Balmore in a prison near you. "This is a p....."(Cue the sarcastic laughter)

Note- My wife visits this mall at least once weekly. It is located about four miles from our home.
