Employee of the month
Does not describe the person whose car caught fire in Davie Florida. That's unless he or she was the overnight manager. Then Target will reward their incompetence hard work with a promotion to being in charge of store security. We know how competent those employees are too.

DAVIE -- Improperly installed equipment in an SUV caused a fire that destroyed five vehicles in a Target parking lot early Friday, officials said.
At cloud of smoke emitted from the undercarriage of a 2001 Ford Explorer parked in the lot of the store at 5800 S. University Drive at 3:27 a.m., said Davie police spokesman Lt. Bill Bamford. Moments later, a flash of fire erupted from the Explorer, and quickly spread to other vehicles in the spaces around it.
Five vehicles, including the SUV, were destroyed and two others were damaged, Bamford said.
The cars belonged to employees working overnight at the store, he said.
A television, and stereo and security systems installed improperly in the Explorer may have caused the blaze, Bamford said.
