STUART -- Police are on the lookout for a man dubbed the "Foot Fetish Fiend."

The brigand reportedly entered a Stuart home and licked a woman's left big toe as she slept early Sunday in the 900 block of Dixie Lane, according to a police report.

The startled woman woke her husband, who chased the suspect -- described as a bald black man about 6 feet, 2 inches tall -- from the house and down the street. The suspect was wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt, white shorts and white shoes, according to the report.
