The Knucklehead of the Day award

Today's winner is BayCare Health Systems. They get the award for their constant faxing of private medical records to a woman in Clearwater Florida. It has been going on for over two years and hasn't stopped in spite of the recjpient's attempts to have them stopped. Ms. Burton even informed the Office of Civil Rights about BayCare's Hippa violations. The faxes keep coming.

Unfortunately there is no written news story for me to post. Go watch the television news report. BayCare isn't denying what happened, their spokeswoman is laughably bad in the television interview by Channel 8. This company is both incompetent and too lazy to stop what they are doing. For that, and circulating private medical records, BayCare Health Systems is today's knucklehead of the day.
