The Knucklehead of the Day award

Today's winner is Washington Post writer Emily Messner. In yesterday's WPO she wrote about how 'conservatives doing touchdown dances at Judge Alito’s nomination '. That isn't what gets Ms. Messner the award but rather for the following comment.

“Nonetheless, it is amusing to imagine Charles Krauthammer doing a touchdown dance.”

Mr. Krauthammer has been paralyzed since 1972. Ms. Messner did revise her post and apologized but that doesn't stop her from being today's Knucklehead of the Day.
