Knucklehead of the Day

AP reports the Democratic judge in Republican Tom DeLay's criminal case was removed for being too partisan. Judge Bob Perkins is a liberal hack who should have recused himself. He refused. In an unusual move, another judge removed him.
The AP mentioned DeLay's party affiliation in the lead paragraph. The dishonorable, disgraced and disgusting judge's affiliation was not mentioned until the third paragraph.
