The July 4th Knucklehead Marathon Part Twelve
Our 12th winner today is the United Kingdom's Justice Ministry. They get the award for the following.
LONDON (Reuters) - Britain is proposing to remove the term "prostitute" from the criminal statutes because it carries too much stigma. No more calling sex workers prostitutes. Lets call them whores instead, what do you think? I think the stigma would be the same for these men and women. The United Kingdom's Justice Ministry is our 12th Knucklehead winner of the Day.

"We just wanted to remove the stigma of the label 'common prostitute'," said a spokeswoman for the Justice Ministry.
"It's been around since 1824, so it was a bit outdated. It just wasn't really helpful to label people."
