Tropical Storm Watch
My part of South Florida is carefully watching a tropical depression near the Bahamas. The National Hurricane Center posted a Tropical Storm watch for most of the Southeast Florida coast.
The family and I have been through a few weak tropical storms since our move to Lantana in 1989. This isn't a TS yet but expected to become Tropical Storm Katrina in the next day or so. It isn't a well organized storm or a very strong one, we should only get alot of rain and some wind, but after the hurricane experiences of 2004 I'm taking this more seriously than we did TS Irene back in 1999 or 2000.
So if my blogging suddenly stops, you know what happened. Stay tuned.
