A man ended up arrested after calling 911 to complain that a Boynton Beach Burger King had run out of lemonade, according to police.

Cops say Jean Fortune, 66, dialed 911 and called for police action after the Burger King at 1521 W. Boynton Beach Blvd. told him it was out of lemonade.

Fortune was arrested Friday by Boynton Beach police on a charge of misuse of 911 communication.

If BK had run out of French Fries, the phone call may have been understandable. NOT! Jean Fortune is today's Knucklehead of the Day.
