Still searching and hoping
The latest Trenton Duckett news-
LEESBURG -- Wednesday marked the official opening of Team Trenton Headquarters off Tally Road.Since two months have almost passed, it appears unlikely the boy will be found alive. Say a prayer for Trenton, his mother and rest of boy's family.
The new command center, set up by Joshua Duckett, the father of missing 2-year-old Trenton, will help field tips and continue the search for the boy.
"We're staying busy," Duckett said Wednesday.
The family and dozens of volunteers have three computers and phones donated from a local computer-graphics company, which also loaned several rooms for the cause at 2021 Tally Rd.
Team Trenton has set up a Web site, helpfindtrenton .com, to take tips and turn them over to Leesburg police, Duckett said.
The command center's phone number is 1-877-TRENT-65.
Trenton was reportedly abducted from his mother's Leesburg apartment on Aug. 27. Melinda Duckett, 21, committed suicide Sept. 8. She was later named the prime suspect in her son's disappearance.
Did Melinda Duckett take the secret of what happened to Trenton to her grave? That is the theory most people have, but I'll remind everyone of another missing Florida child story. It is eight years since Sabrina Aisenberg vanished. Authorities and the public were certain the parents had something to do with that disapearance too.
