Here's some news from Jacksonville Florida.

A Jacksonville police officer found himself chasing a man wearing nothing but panty hose through the streets of Downtown Jacksonville.

Sunday afternoon Officer H. R. Bowers saw the man who appeared to be naked walking around Forsyth Street.

Police reported he appeared to lurking around some area buildings. When they ordered him to stop he took off running up Main Street from Forsyth to Adams Streets where he was apprehended.

Although Bowers originally thought he was naked, once he got close to the man it was determined he was wearing panty hose.

According to the police report the man told police he enjoys walking around downtown dressed in panty hose, saying it calms him down.

He was arrested on a charge of resisting an officer without violence.
